About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our East Hampton, NY location. As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing store operations, and leading a team of sales professionals to achieve store goals. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales goals and driving business results.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Proficiency in retail management software and POS systems.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of retail sales associates to achieve sales targets.
