About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our East Hampton, NY location. As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing store operations, and leading a team of sales professionals to achieve store goals. This role requires a strong understanding of retail management, customer service excellence, and a passion for the AT&T brand.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals and driving business results.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in retail management software and POS systems.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of retail sales associates to achieve sales targets.
  • Drive store sales and profitability through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met and exceeded.
  • Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and store appearance.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop store staff.
