Retail Store Manager (Spanish speaker)

WhizzMiami, FL
Onsite

About The Position

Whizz is expanding to Miami, and we're looking for an experienced, bilingual Store Manager to lead the launch and growth of our new location. This is more than a traditional Store Manager role. You'll have the opportunity to build a new operation from the ground up, develop a large, high-performing team, drive business results, and shape the way Whizz operates in a new market. We're looking for a hands-on leader who knows how to manage people at scale, understands KPIs, and can balance sales, operations, inventory, customer experience, and team performance.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of management experience in retail or another fast-paced operational environment.
  • Proven experience managing large teams, ideally 30+ employees.
  • Fluent Spanish and C1/C2 English - strong communication in both languages is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of KPI-driven management and experience using KPI platforms, dashboards, or performance-tracking tools.
  • Hands-on experience with inventory management, stock control, audits, asset tracking, and loss prevention.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to turn data into practical decisions.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ERP, CRM, POS, inventory, or workforce management systems is a plus.
  • E-bike, bicycle, automotive, mechanical, delivery, or logistics experience is a plus - but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong operational foundations and processes that support long-term growth.
  • Drive revenue, improve efficiency, strengthen customer retention, and continuously raise store performance.
  • Work closely with leadership to turn business objectives into clear store-level actions.
  • Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop a large, high-performing team of Delivery Drivers and Mechanics.
  • Build a culture of accountability, ownership, discipline, and high performance.
  • Lead teams at scale and ensure clear accountability across the team.
  • Set clear goals and KPIs while providing ongoing coaching and feedback.
  • Own store sales performance, including subscription and accessory targets.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience and effectively manage complex escalations.
  • Use customer and sales insights to increase sales, retention, and long-term customer value.
  • Monitor and manage sales, operational, customer, inventory, and team KPIs.
  • Use KPI platforms, dashboards, and reporting tools to track performance and identify trends.
  • Turn data into action plans, improve productivity, and hold the team accountable for results.
  • Oversee the complete day-to-day store operation, ensuring a safe, organized, and efficient environment.
  • Coordinate the full bike readiness cycle, from diagnostics and repair prioritization through final QA.
  • Take full ownership of inventory management and asset accountability.
  • Maintain 100% ERP accuracy, conduct audits, resolve discrepancies, and lead loss-prevention efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and safety standards.

Benefits

  • Paid training and support.
  • Paid time off, including vacation, sick leave, and public holidays.
  • 401(k) retirement plan.
  • Performance-based bonuses tied to your results.
  • The opportunity to launch and lead a new store from the ground up.
  • Company E-Bike Program - eligible employees can rent a company e-bike for just $1/month after successfully completing the introductory period.
  • A collaborative, innovative, and growth-oriented environment.
