Retail Store Manager
About The Position
The Retail Store Manager leads the daily operation of an AT&T retail store, overseeing store operations, merchandising, product launches, and sales objectives. The manager works to ensure customers receive an extraordinary experience with AT&T products and services, and may conduct outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events. The role includes coaching and developing retail sales consultants so they meet sales and service goals. AT&T provides paid leadership training. Store managers may earn monthly commissions by meeting or exceeding store sales objectives. The position is based at the Moore, Oklahoma store and has a regular schedule of 40 hours per week; store work may include evenings and weekends during busy periods. Annual salary is listed as $49,500–$74,300, with an additional $26,000 in annual commissions when sales goals are met. Individual starting salary may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education or training.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
- Prior management experience.
- Well-developed planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems.
- Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
Responsibilities
