About The Position

Kid to Kid in Pearland, TX is looking to fill Management Position(s). Candidate(s) should be highly motivated, sales-oriented, experienced leaders to take our growing business to the next level. Kid to Kid is a national franchise that buys and sells kids clothing, accessories, equipment, and toys. Every month, our franchise stores buy and resell thousands of clothing items that have been gently used at a fraction of the prices originally charged. That’s why Uptown Cheapskate is such an effective idea that resonates with customers of every income bracket and style persuasion. Our stores feel more like a boutique than a thrift shop, allowing more people to feel comfortable shopping second-hand. At Uptown Cheapskate, we have a passion for sustainable fashion. Since 2015, Uptown Cheapskate has joined forces with Kid to Kid and buildOn across the nation to raise money to build schools in developing countries. Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Excellent customer service
Excellent verbal communication skills
Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously and effectively
Ability to provide leadership and inspire people with fun, positive energy
Strong operational, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Able to work 40-45 hours a week & on Weekends (no exceptions on weekends)
