About The Position
Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Store Manager for its Levi's Outlet in Niagara-on-the-Lake. The Store Manager will report to the District Manager and is responsible for modeling and coaching for the ultimate consumer experience through customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations. The ideal candidate will be consumer-centric, open-minded, proactive, and think beyond the task, embodying the company's values of originality, integrity, empathy, courage, and performance-driven results.
Requirements
- 3+ years of store management experience required
- Passion for Levi Strauss & Co. and the retail industry
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading and motivating others.
- Exhibits a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Possesses strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Can handle heavy lifting (up to 40 lbs.) and constantly moving around, kneeling, carrying items, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders.
