Requirements

2+ years of retail management or assistant management experience
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a retail team
Strong customer service skills with a customer-first mindset
Experience with inventory management, scheduling, and retail POS systems
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and a positive shopping experience
Recruit, train, schedule, and develop a high-performing retail team
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
Manage inventory, merchandising, and product displays to maximize sales floor impact
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations with professionalism and care
Ensure store compliance with company policies, safety standards, and loss prevention protocols
Analyze key retail metrics and prepare regular performance reports for leadership
