The Retail Store Manager is responsible for providing consistently high standards of customer experience within the store, aligning with PUMA’s Brand Values and service standards. This role is directly accountable for ensuring the store consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs, and profitability goals through effective planning, expense control, sales and service strategies, and high standards of customer service. The manager is also responsible for recruitment, training, development, and succession planning of high-performing employees, as well as payroll control and service-driven scheduling to maintain profitability while delivering excellent customer service. Additionally, the role involves overseeing training programs, performance management, loss prevention, merchandise processing, inventory management, marketing initiatives, POS operations, visual merchandising, and ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures. The manager must also maintain a safe and compliant working environment and may be required to travel for training, meetings, and new store openings.
