About The Position
We are looking for people with proven leadership abilities that can drive business and cultivate our Mission, Values, and Culture. As a Store Manager, you will plan and direct all phases of store operations as efficiently as possible to achieve maximum sales and profitability.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in management and leadership
- Must have valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Ability to work varied hours which will include evenings weekends
Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily store operations
- Scheduling, training, and evaluating personnel
- Cash balancing and recording
- Assure excellent customer service, resolve customer complaints when necessary
- Maintain safe working conditions by following company policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and attractive retail sales floor through effective merchandising
- Oversee quality control and inventory
- Supervise the transfer of store shipments to appropriate departments
