About The Position
Grandpa Joe's Candy Shop is a growing retail business with 23 locations across multiple states and national distribution. They are seeking an experienced Store Manager who is passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences. This role is ideal for managers who have experience in larger retail settings and desire more autonomy in daily operations. The Store Manager will be responsible for leading the team, engaging with customers, driving sales, and merchandising the store to create a captivating environment.
Requirements
- Proven track record in retail management within a dynamic and hands-on environment
- Availability for 40-45 hours per week, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Flexibility to work both opening and closing shifts
- Dependable mode of transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to interact with customers and create memorable experiences
- Ability to work well with others; friendly, fun, and easy-going
- Passion for maintaining a clean and inviting workspace
- Ability to express creativity through visual merchandising
- Self-motivated individual
- Ability to balance following directions with driving the store to new heights
