About The Position

For more than 50 years, Baker Pool & Spa has been a trusted leader in pools, hot tubs, and backyard wellness throughout the St. Louis area.

As demand for home wellness continues to grow, we are expanding and looking for a Store Manager to lead showroom operations and drive sales performance.

This role is responsible for leading the team, executing sales strategy, and maintaining the high standards our customers expect.

This is a hands-on leadership role where the manager leads from the floor.

Requirements

• Retail management experience
• Strong leadership and coaching ability
• Sales and customer service experience
• Organized and operationally strong
• Frequently lift and move 50–75 lb merchandise
• Assist with showroom displays and product movement
• Active, on-your-feet work environment

Nice To Haves

• Experience in pools, spas, or wellness products is helpful but not required.
