About The Position

Jay Jays has an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to join the squad as Store Manager at our South Wharf DFO store! This is a high-profile, high-trading location and a key store within both the brand and the wider group. We are looking for a strong commercial leader with proven experience managing high stock volumes, large sales turnover, and a fast-paced retail environment. As the captain of your crew, you’ll inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving strong sales results and maintaining operational excellence. This role is ideal for someone looking for long-term career growth, with clear opportunities to progress across our five leading apparel brands within the group. This is a full-time position with availability required for weekends, late-night trade, and public holidays.

Requirements

  • Proven Store Management experience within a high-volume retail environment
  • Strong experience managing large stock volumes and high sales turnover locations
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving commercial results
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
  • Strong visual merchandising capability and the ability to execute from briefs
  • A proactive, hands-on leadership style with a strong focus on people development

  • Manage a high-volume store environment with a strong focus on stock control, loss prevention, and operational efficiency
