You’ll lead your district to strong financial results while ensuring every store delivers the goodness of country hospitality.

Requirements

At least 5 years of management experience
At least 2 years of Retail Management experience at Cracker Barrel
Willing and able to travel within your assigned district
Willing and able to work holidays and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Retail Managers and hourly retail employees across your district
Use business metrics and sales trends to set clear goals and drive measurable improvement in each store
Partner with your Restaurant District Manager counterpart to ensure alignment on guest experience, cleanliness, and brand standards
Analyze inventory performance, guest traffic, and sales conversion to maximize profitability
Regularly visit each store in your district to assess performance, ensure operational excellence, and support your team firsthand
Maintain a healthy profit/loss ratio in every gift shop by managing expenses and identifying opportunities for growth
