About The Position

This role is responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment with a focus on floor care. Responsibilities include the operation of the scrubber and buffer, dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass and windows. The cleaner adheres to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. This position is cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs. The role models established customer experience practices, supports a positive store culture, and maintains all floor care cleanliness standards. They also maintain organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the entire store, including the Sales Floor, Single Queue, Associate Lounge, Backroom, and Restrooms. Adherence to all company policies concerning Health and Safety is required, including refilling essential items in the Lounge, Restrooms, and Front End. The cleaner will also support and respond to Front End coverage needs, adhere to merchandising philosophy and signage standards, and participate in store recovery as needed. They must adhere to all operational and loss prevention controls, communicate accurately and effectively, and follow all labor laws, policies, and procedures, including meal and break period policies. Participation in safety awareness and maintaining a safe environment are also key responsibilities. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements
