About The Position

City Mill is hiring customer-focused Retail Store Associates for its Mililani location, with full-time and part-time opportunities. Associates provide friendly, fast, and professional service and help keep the store clean, organized, and inviting. The role involves assisting customers, operating the POS system, recommending products, and supporting stocking, merchandising, and general store upkeep. Associates should be adaptable across store functions and willing to develop product knowledge and selling skills while following company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school degree or GED.
• At least 12 months of equivalent experience in a related field, such as customer service, retail, or sales.
• Ability to operate a cash register, calculator, telephone, and personal computer as needed.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn other store functions and expand product knowledge and selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, fast, and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with inquiries and recommend products or product improvements.
• Operate the POS system.
• Stock and merchandise products and maintain store upkeep, cleanliness, organization, and an inviting environment.
