The Retail Store & Outlet Manager is a leader within Bob’s Discount Furniture (BDF) responsible for driving sales, operational excellence, and culture across both the traditional retail showroom and the outlet environment. This role blends full-store leadership with outlet sales and warehouse operations, ensuring a world-class guest experience while upholding The Bob’s Way and Bob’s Core Values. This leader sets the tone for performance, safety, accountability, and engagement while developing high-performing teams that consistently exceed sales, operational, and customer satisfaction goals. This is a full-time, in-store leadership role requiring a flexible retail schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call availability as business needs require. Core Purpose of the Role To lead, inspire, and develop store and outlet teams by driving profitable sales growth, ensuring seamless front-end and back-end operations, maintaining inventory integrity, and fostering a culture rooted in Bob’s Core Values.
