About The Position
Agri-Mark/McCadam/Cabot Creamery is seeking a full-time, hourly Retail Ambassador who is motivated, passionate, enthusiastic, loves cheese, and would enjoy "telling the Cabot story". This role is an important part of the retail team and requires the ability to lift up to 40lbs, be comfortable standing during the shift on a cement floor, and the ability to climb stairs. Weekend availability is required. Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs
- Comfortable standing during the shift on a cement floor
- Ability to climb stairs
- Weekend availability
- Comfortable approaching and engaging with visitors
- Competent computer skills
- Dependable and reliable both in attendance and with displaying a positive “can do” attitude
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of Shopify POS is a plus
- Work as part of a team both within the retail setting as well as in the larger Cabot Marketing Department
Responsibilities
- Providing superior customer service to our visitors
- Educating customers about Cabot cheese, our farmer-owners, and all other products in the store
- Helping customers with making selections
