Retail Brand Ambassador
About The Position
Statewide Remodeling, a proud company of the Renuity family, is seeking a Retail Brand Ambassador. This role involves interacting with customers face-to-face in big box retail stores and events to promote products and generate interest. The Brand Ambassador will represent the brand with confidence and professionalism, initiate conversations, help customers arrange free in-home consultations for home renovation services, and set appointments. The position requires collaboration with a high-performing team to meet daily and weekly goals. Entry-level candidates are welcome, as comprehensive training will be provided. The company is committed to making home improvement faster, easier, and stress-free, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and innovation.
Requirements
- Must have weekend availability

- Genuine interest in working with the public and creating great experiences
- Comfortable working independently and personal drive for excellence.
- Retail and customer service experience highly valued
- Entry-level candidates welcome—we’ll teach you everything you need to succeed.
- Must have reliable transportation, this role may require you to go to multiple locations in the same day, or to community events, some of which may not be near public transit.
- Criminal background checks required

- Face-to-Face Marketing, brand ambassador, appointment setting, or lead generation experience – a plus!
