As a Sr. Area Sales Manager – Retail (Enterprise), you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and market share across Owens Corning’s retail channel. In this role, you will serve as a product and program expert, working directly with customers, store teams, and internal partners to deliver value-driven solutions and support execution in the field. You will engage customers both in-store and in the field, strengthening relationships, supporting product adoption, and ensuring consistent execution across locations. This role blends relationship management, sales execution, and operational support to drive profitable growth and enhance the customer experience. POSITION LOCATION: Charlotte, NC or Raleigh, NC (5-7 overnights a month)
