About The Position

HPM Building Supply is hiring a full-time Retail Specialist in Hilo, Hawaii. The Retail Specialist provides a positive customer experience by learning about the benefits and applications of the company’s products and helping customers select appropriate offerings. The role also includes efficiently completing cash register transactions and keeping the store clean, tidy, and well-merchandised.

Requirements

• Customer service and retail experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Nice To Haves

• Cashier experience is highly preferred.
