About The Position
Forest River, Inc., the Nation’s largest manufacturer of Recreational Vehicles, Cargo Trailers, Transit Buses and Boats has an immediate opening for a Retail Specialist. This role provides retail customer service via phone, email, written correspondence and fax, and participates in a variety of supporting roles for the Customer Service department. Requirements
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Intermediate computer skills
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Prefer a certain familiarity or general knowledge of RV parts
Responsibilities
- Provide retail customer service via phone, email, written correspondence and fax
- Provide a variety of supporting roles for the Customer Service department
- Participate in cross-training of tasks within the department
