Part-time Retail Specialists are needed to champion the Forward Madison FC brand and deliver customer-first service. Responsibilities include sorting, pricing, stocking, and arranging team merchandise, using the point of sale system (Square), becoming an expert on store products, providing high-quality customer service, checking out in-person guests using POS and following cash handling procedures, taking inventory of products, processing online orders for fulfillment including order picking, packing and shipping, and using heat press equipment to apply badges and jersey customization. Candidates should conduct assigned tasks efficiently and with a high degree of accuracy. Ideal candidates will have availability during business hours (Monday through Friday 10am-5pm) as well as evenings and weekends. In-season, Retail Specialists should expect to work a schedule focused on staffing the store on game days and during other events at the stadium. The retail team also has the responsibility of staffing merchandise pop-up stands on behalf of touring musicians performing at the facility.
