About The Position
Forest River, Inc., a manufacturer of recreational vehicles, cargo trailers, transit buses, and boats, has an immediate opening for a Retail Specialist. The role provides retail customer service and supports the Customer Service department in a fast-paced work environment. The company seeks dedicated individuals with experience in the industry or other manufacturing processes.
Requirements
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Provide retail customer service by phone, email, written correspondence, and fax.
- Provide a variety of supporting roles for the Customer Service department.
- Participate in cross-training of tasks within the department.
