Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask while maintaining quality.
  • A positive, team-oriented mindset with a focus on providing legendary customer service every shift.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person!

Responsibilities

  • Deliver Legendary Service: Greet guests with a smile and provide the top-notch service Snappy’s is known for, no matter the time of day.
  • Process Transactions Accurately: Handle customer purchases quickly and efficiently at the register.
  • Stock & Organize: Keep coolers, shelves, and displays fully stocked and neatly organized.
  • Ensure Product Freshness: Rotate and date-check all inventory, removing outdated items and optimizing product placement for efficiency.
  • Maintain Beverage Areas: Keep fountain drinks and hot beverage stations stocked, clean, and in working order.
  • Follow Safety & Security Procedures: Prevent theft, safeguard your POS login, and adhere to proper vendor check-in procedures.
