As a pivotal member of the Sunrun retail team, the Retail Specialist will embody the essence of the brand within designated partner retail stores, playing a vital role in influencing potential customers. The role's impact is measured by the ability to foster relationships, generate enthusiasm for products, and educate potential customers on renewable energy and storage solutions. This position requires proactively scheduling appointments and contributing to expanding the Sunrun customer base, with success hinging on positively influencing every individual encountered.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills

- Commitment to a flexible retail schedule, including weekends, evenings, and occasional holidays
- Reliable transportation within a 15-30 mile radius (on average) for managing a multi-store territory
- Ability to stand and be mobile for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as part of daily responsibilities in a retail environment
