About The Position

We are seeking a Retail Specialist to manage and oversee our company store, which will house oilfield supplies. This role will help maintain inventory and organize merchandise, parts and supplies. This position requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage inventory and retail-style operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, and comfortable handling both administrative and hands-on tasks.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel preferred for inventory tracking)
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service mindset
• Ability to lift and move boxes of merchandise as needed
• Reliable and dependable with strong work ethic
• Pass drug test and criminal background check

• Basic inventory or retail experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain inventory of merchandise and parts
• Track incoming and outgoing items; update inventory logs daily
• Organize and maintain a clean, well-stocked, and presentable company store area
• Coordinate ordering and restocking of merchandise as needed
• Ensure accurate recordkeeping for inventory, orders, and distributions
• Receive, organize, and store shipments of merchandise and supplies
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies
• Support general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and internal communications
• Maintain professionalism when interacting with employees, vendors, and visitors
• Other duties and projects as assigned
