About The Position

HPM Building Supply in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii is seeking to hire a full-time Retail Specialist Lead to oversee the Retail team to expertly serve customers and maintain high operating standards. The Retail Specialist Lead performs regular floor walks, assists customers, stocks merchandise, and regularly attends product knowledge training to be able to deliver an over-the-top customer experience.

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience in a retail environment is required
• Intermediate computer skills
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Ability to lift 25 lbs with or without a reasonable accommodation

Nice To Haves

• Previous supervisory experience preferred, but not necessary

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Retail team to expertly serve customers and maintain high operating standards.
• Perform regular floor walks.
• Assist customers.
• Stock merchandise.
• Regularly attend product knowledge training to be able to deliver an over-the-top customer experience.
