About This Role: Lead the charge at REP Fitness! As the Retail Showroom Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our Denver Showroom - inspiring and guiding a talented team of and Assistant Manager, Sales Specialists, Stockroom Associates, and a Stockroom Supervisor to perform at their best every single day. You'll own the showroom experience from top to bottom - setting the tone for exceptional customer service, keeping operations running smoothly, and rallying your team to crush revenue goals. Requirements

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
  • The ability to apply common sense in understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • The Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • The ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, and calculating key performance indicators.
  • Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
  • Strong critical thinking and time management skills.
  • Outgoing, energetic, passionate, and well organized.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, founded on an ability to motivate and mentor others, and deliver world class customer service.
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university preferred; or two to three years related experience in the following areas or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1-2 years' experience leading and developing a team.
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications; intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to competently perform all the essential duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation, demonstrated commitment to effective customer service delivery, and the ability to work productively as a member of a team or work group are basic requirements of all positions at REP.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in a CRM and/or Shopify as a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, and planning labor need.
  • Markets merchandise in accordance with sales promotions and marketing plans and seek ways to better promote the product line and service within the store.
  • Provide world-class service to in-store, online and virtual customers.
  • Become a subject matter expert in both REP’s products, and standard operating processes.
  • Maintain a clean showroom to provide customers with an optimal and safe shopping experience.
  • Process sales orders, returns, and exchanges.
  • Engage with the community through local outreach, events, etc.
  • Plans, staffs, evaluates, and directs work of employees of the DEN Showroom
  • Lead a high-level team by recruiting, selecting, onboarding, and training employees.
  • Develop and maintain a schedule for employees, ensuring adequate personnel are on hand to provide outstanding customer support.
  • Ensure performance standards and procedures are met by the team on a day-to-day basis, through coaching and counseling.
  • Shadow and observe Retail Specialists once a month, ensuring selling behaviors match the standards set by REP.
