About The Position

REP Fitness is seeking a dynamic Retail Showroom Manager to lead their brand-new, state-of-the-art showroom in Lafayette, CO. This role is responsible for inspiring and guiding a team, owning the showroom experience, ensuring exceptional customer service, smooth operations, and achieving revenue goals. The ideal candidate is a natural leader who thrives on energy, accountability, and results. This is a full-time, in-person role, five days a week, with open availability required. Requirements

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
  • The ability to apply common sense in understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • The Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • The ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, and calculating key performance indicators.
  • Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
  • Strong critical thinking and time management skills.
  • Outgoing, energetic, passionate, and well organized.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, founded on an ability to motivate and mentor others, and deliver world class customer service.
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university preferred; or two to three years related experience in the following areas or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1-2 years' experience leading and developing a team.
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications; intermediate to advanced Excel skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in a CRM and/or Shopify as a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, and planning labor needs.
  • Markets merchandise in accordance with sales promotions and marketing plans and seeks ways to better promote the product line and service within the store.
  • Provides world-class service to in-store, online, and virtual customers.
  • Becomes a subject matter expert in both REP’s products and standard operating processes.
  • Maintains a clean showroom to provide customers with an optimal and safe shopping experience.
  • Processes sales orders, returns, and exchanges.
  • Engages with the community through local outreach, events, etc.
  • Plans, staffs, evaluates, and directs work of employees of the DEN Showroom.
  • Leads a high-level team by recruiting, selecting, onboarding, and training employees.
  • Develops and maintains a schedule for employees, ensuring adequate personnel are on hand to provide outstanding customer support.
  • Ensures performance standards and procedures are met by the team on a day-to-day basis, through coaching and counseling.
  • Shadows and observes Retail Specialists once a month, ensuring selling behaviors match the standards set by REP.
