As a Showroom Consultant, you will be part of a team that helps customers feel at home outdoors by guiding them through our products, answering their questions, and delivering a great experience every step of the way. Requirements

One to three years of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service
Clear, friendly communication skills in person and over the phone
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks with care
A proactive approach and a willingness to support your team wherever needed
Familiarity with basic technology, including Microsoft Office
Availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings and Saturdays
High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

Welcome customers to the showroom and help them choose products that fit their needs
Answer phone calls and emails with professionalism, clarity, and care
Share product knowledge and help customers feel confident about their choices
Process quotes and orders, enter accurate customer information into our systems
Keep the showroom clean, organized, and aligned with brand standards
Support events, fairs, and trade shows as needed
Assist with tasks that keep the team running smoothly, including shipping support and general showroom maintenance
