About The Position
We're Budget Pools, a locally-owned New England company with a beautiful showroom. We're looking for a part-time associates who show up consistently, enjoys talking to people, and wants to be part of a team. This is a great fit for someone who is a student, retired or semi-retired, has weekday flexibility, and wants a role with real earning potential without the pressure of a full-time schedule. Plus we sell fun and wellness, with premium pools, tubs, saunas, and swim spas!
Requirements
- Reliable and punctual
- Friendly, comfortable talking to strangers, and genuinely helpful
- Able to work independently and follow established processes
- Basic comfort with technology (iPad, shared calendar, simple POS system)
Nice To Haves
- Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience
- Interest in home improvement, outdoor living, or wellness products
Responsibilities
- Welcome walk-in customers and help them explore all our products
- Answer questions and connect customers with the right product
- Handle basic pool and spa chemical sales and water testing recommendations
- Process transactions and keep the showroom organized and professional
