Further training is available for Assistant Manager positions. The role involves providing outstanding customer service, building customer relationships, promoting sales, and processing loans and extensions. It also includes performing opening and closing procedures and supervising/coaching Team Members.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Minimum 1 year of supervisor, key holder, shift lead, team lead, or manager experience
Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, and regulations

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of commonly pawned items, such as tools, jewelry, firearms or electronics, a plus
Sales background, a plus
Bilingual, a plus

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service and build solid relationships with customers.
Promote sales and make deals for a wide variety of pawn items.
Provide a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment.
Process loans and extensions.
Come to jointly satisfactory terms regarding items to be pawned.
Perform opening and closing store procedures.
Supervise and coach store Team Members.
