About The Position

We are looking for a Retail Shift Leader (Key Holder) to lead the way today and to step into greater roles tomorrow. This position offers competitive pay based on experience with an opportunity to quickly increase your pay and position. Complete the initial 5-week paid training program and earn a $.50 raise and transition to Lead Pawnbroker upon completion. Enhance your leadership skills through our structured leadership training programs. Follow the Career Path and train for an Assistant Manager position which includes a 6-month training program to build the foundation to run your own store.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year of supervisor, key holder, shift lead, team lead, or manager experience
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, and regulations

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of commonly pawned items, such as tools, jewelry, firearms or electronics, a plus
• Sales background, a plus
• Bilingual, a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and build solid relationships with customers, all while promoting sales and making deals for a wide variety of pawn items.
• Provide a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment that clearly sets EZPAWN apart from the competition.
• Processing loans and extensions
• Coming to jointly satisfactory terms regarding items to be pawned
• Performing opening and closing store procedures
• Supervising and coaching store Team Members
