About The Position

The Retail Senior Sales Associate is responsible for all aspects of the customer experience across retail, rental, custom, and omni-channel businesses. This temporary flex key holder may serve as the manager on duty when needed. The role involves customer service and sales, supporting team performance and store operations, and assisting with visual merchandising and inventory activities. There may be opportunities to voluntarily work at multiple store or site locations and across multiple brands. Requirements

• Customer service skills and a customer-obsessed approach.
• Desire to learn and adapt to new programs.
• Ability to work well with retail sales associates at all levels and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Ability to stand and walk for most of the work shift; frequently bend, squat, and twist; lift up to 50 lbs.; climb a ladder to reach merchandise or supplies; and distinguish fabric patterns and colors.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a customer-focused, world-class experience.
• Build relationships with customers from the initial greeting through post-sale contact.
• Demonstrate selling techniques for retail sales, custom clothing sales, and special occasion rentals.
• Participate in team selling and contribute to store sales volume and metrics goals.
• Assist with visual merchandising, setup, store-related projects, and merchandise stock counts.
• Operate the cash register as a cashier at the store point of sale.
• When temporarily assigned as manager on duty, partner with the Store management team to lead staff in meeting sales, service, and operational expectations.
