Requirements

Availability to work flexible hours and weekends.
Eager to hit the ground running and learn about our products.
Excellent communication skills with customers.
Professional and well-groomed personal appearance.
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

Build relationships and create lifelong customers by assisting them in selecting a vehicle.
Become the vehicle expert: know the details of our product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technology.
Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
Follow up with buyers to ensure referral business.
Learn to overcome objections and excel in sales situations.
Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
Bring your “A game” and maintain a positive attitude every day.
