Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or retail sales – at least 1 year.
• A natural ability to connect with customers, making them feel heard, valued, and cared for.
• Flexibility to work retail store hours.
• Ability to multitask easily.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized and human-centric experiences to customers.
• Utilize communication skills to enrich the customer experience while leveraging the Serve, Solve, Sell™ technique and upsell Asurion’s products & services.
• Work towards achievable sales goals.
• Assist with diagnostics, troubleshooting and repairing customer electronic devices.
• Support the dynamic needs of a retail store environment as a team player.
• Support the surrounding market based on business needs.
• Navigate the intersection of retail, tech, and sales seamlessly.
