About The Position

SMCP is seeking a full-time Sales Supervisor for its Sandro store at NorthPark Center. SMCP, which includes the brands Sandro and Maje, is a leader in accessible luxury, operating in over 47 countries. The company is experiencing growth and emphasizes sustainability, inclusivity, and corporate social responsibility. The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for creating outstanding client experiences, mentoring the team, building client relationships, and leading sales and service initiatives. This role also involves store operations, product replenishment, handling customer concerns, and supporting back-of-house processes. It is an opportunity for individuals passionate about leadership to grow within the company, potentially into an Assistant Store Manager role.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of sales or service experience, preferably with some supervisory background.
  • Passionate about fashion, with a keen eye for Parisian chic and luxury retail.
  • A natural leader—confident, inspiring, and eager to mentor others.
  • A strong communicator—friendly, outgoing, and persuasive.
  • Social media savvy (a plus, but not required).
  • Adaptable and flexible with scheduling to meet business needs.
  • Ambitious and driven, with a desire to grow into an Assistant Store Manager role.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.
