As a Sales Supervisor, the role involves delivering an exceptional client experience, leading and inspiring the team, building client relationships, and setting the standard for personalized service. The supervisor will reinforce the branded customer service experience, lead sales and service initiatives, educate customers, and ensure memorable shopping experiences that encourage loyalty. Additionally, the role includes mentoring and coaching sales associates, supporting operational efficiency, and modeling behaviors that build lasting client relationships to foster professional growth and exceed performance expectations.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of prior service experience, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Some prior supervisory experience in a retail setting.
  • Passionate about customer service and fashion, with an eye for Parisian chic and luxury retail.
  • Friendly, outgoing, and a natural communicator who thrives in a team environment.
  • A problem solver who is adaptable, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.
  • Interested in a career path in retail management.

Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team by leading with passion and setting high standards for clienteling and exceptional customer service.
  • Coach and mentor sales associates to enhance their selling skills, product knowledge, and customer engagement techniques.
  • Act as a go-to leader in the absence of store management, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations.
  • Assist in building strong, lasting client relationships, fostering customer loyalty and encouraging repeat business.
  • Ensure the team consistently delivers personalized service while maintaining brand standards in selling techniques, styling expertise, and overall client engagement.
  • Help drive store performance by supporting sales initiatives and motivating the team to meet and exceed sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide feedback and guidance to ensure individual and team sales targets are achieved.
  • Support back-of-house operations and day-to-day processes to ensure the store runs efficiently and effectively.
  • Assist with inventory management, stock organization, and other operational tasks to enhance the overall store experience.
