About The Position

SMCP is seeking a full-time Sales Supervisor for its Sandro & Maje brands at Bloomingdale's Tyson's Corner. SMCP embodies Parisian elegance with its brands Sandro and Maje, focusing on accessible luxury, high-fashion designs, and sustainability. The company operates in over 47 countries and is experiencing growth. The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for creating outstanding client experiences, mentoring the team, building client relationships, and leading sales and service initiatives. This role also involves store operations, visual merchandising, and operational excellence, including back-of-house processes and KPI tracking. Requirements

  • 1–2 years of sales or service experience, preferably with some supervisory background.
  • Passionate about fashion, with a keen eye for Parisian chic and luxury retail.
  • A natural leader—confident, inspiring, and eager to mentor others.
  • A strong communicator—friendly, outgoing, and persuasive.
  • Adaptable and flexible with scheduling to meet business needs.
  • Ambitious and driven, with a desire to grow into an Assistant Store Manager role.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.

  • Social media savvy (a plus, but not required).
