About The Position

A full-time Supervisor is a valued member of a high-performing team, empowered and equipped to do the job. This role is suited to someone with recent leadership experience who is passionate about a career in retail. The anticipated rate is $17.50 per hour, depending on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. The position is also eligible for a monthly bonus. Associates receive comprehensive benefits and accrue paid time off. Store operating hours are 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., with respectful scheduling. The company is closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter, and offers a path to promotion and ongoing leadership development.

Responsibilities

• Ensure and model professional customer service.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.
• Cross-train in all areas of store operations, including stocking and sales associate duties and responsibilities.
• Lead, coach, and develop others.
• Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
