About The Position

As a Retail Sales Specialist representing Verizon in a Best Buy store, you’ll help shoppers find personalized solutions for their mobile needs, drive sales, and create positive customer experiences. You’ll use your people skills and interest in technology to showcase Verizon products and services. Best Buy provides ongoing training and self-guided learning. In addition to hourly base pay, the role offers performance bonuses for qualifying activated devices: up to $30 for new mobile line activations and up to $10 for mobile line upgrades and peripheral devices such as tablets and watches.

The role also involves staying current on promotions, identifying customers’ current and future technology needs, continually developing skills, and maintaining department merchandising and organization. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team.
