Red Raider Outfitter is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Associate in Lubbock, TX. Requirements

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred (not required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts consistently
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organized
Must be able to stand, walk, and lift merchandise as needed
Availability for Texas Tech home game days is required

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product selection and purchases
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor
Support merchandising, restocking, and visual displays
Accurately operate the register and handle transactions
Work as part of a team to create a positive in-store experience
Help maintain a high-energy, game day atmosphere year-round
