About The Position

As a Retail Sales Specialist for Starlink products at Best Buy, you will engage with customers to understand their needs, recommend solutions, support customer satisfaction, and meet business goals. You will use your people skills and interest in technology to create positive customer experiences. Best Buy provides ongoing training and self-guided learning to help you present Starlink products and services.

The role also involves supporting transactions and profitable growth, educating other sales-floor employees, staying current on promotional initiatives, identifying customers’ current and long-term technology needs, continually developing skills, and maintaining department merchandising and organization.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
