About The Position

As a Retail Sales Specialist for Starlink products at Best Buy, you’ll engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend solutions, driving satisfaction and meeting business goals. You’ll use your people skills and passion for technology to create memorable customer experiences. Ongoing training and self-guided learning will help you stay ready to showcase the latest Starlink products and services.

This role includes supporting customers in your department, completing transactions, driving profitable growth, and achieving sales goals. You’ll use training to provide excellent customer experiences and educate other sales floor employees, use available tools to stay current on promotional initiatives, discover customers’ current and long-term technology needs, continuously develop your skills, and maintain department merchandising and organization.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team.
