About The Position

As a Retail Sales Specialist for Dyson products, you’ll engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences and budget while providing expert service and recommendations. You’ll maintain knowledge of Dyson products through required trainings, certifications and self-development. The role focuses on making customers feel excited, confident and appreciated by providing relevant, memorable solutions.

You’ll support the customer experience, complete transactions, drive profitable growth and achieve sales goals. You’ll use skills learned in training and available tools to recommend complete solutions, create positive experiences, and stay current on promotional initiatives. You’ll discover customers’ current and long-term technology needs, continuously develop your skills, and maintain department merchandising and organization.
