About The Position

The Retail Sales Specialist is the face of the brand, providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a welcoming store environment. The position is suited to someone looking to gain retail experience, develop customer service skills, and grow within the company. This role is based at FASHIONPHILE's Philadelphia, Pennsylvania location and begins at $16.50 per hour for new hires, plus uncapped commission. Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to problem solve.
- Enthusiastic, customer-focused, and eager to learn.
- Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Tech savvy, with the ability to work with multiple tech devices, Google Drive, and Apple products.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and move throughout the sales floor.

- Previous retail experience is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner.
- Help customers locate products, answer questions, and make purchase decisions.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, product features, and store policies.
- Accurately process register transactions, including cash handling and credit card payments.
- Restock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain visual displays to company standards.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and safe for customers and employees.
- Participate in inventory counts, stock receiving, and product tagging as needed.
