About The Position

Stateside Brands is a rapidly growing spirits company dedicated to crafting premium-quality beverages– Surfside Iced Teas and Lemonades, Super Lyte Sports Drinks, Stateside Vodka, and Stateside Vodka Sodas. With a focus on innovation and quality, we take pride in our diverse portfolio of products that reflect our commitment to excellence. As a Retail Sales Specialist, you will support the On-Premise team in executing sales initiatives, event activations, and ad-hoc account support. You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless operations, enhancing brand visibility, and supporting distributor representatives across Philadelphia, Bucks, Montgomery, Chester, and Delaware counties.

Requirements

Minimum age of 21, with a valid US Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Ability to lift and transport cases of product and POS materials.
Comfortable working non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for the alcohol industry and brand-building.
RAMP certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire.

Nice To Haves

Experience in the alcohol industry, sales, or event marketing is a plus.
Previous experience working with distributors or in merchandising roles.
Military experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist in merchandising efforts at key accounts, ensuring brand presence, and proper product displays.
Drop off supplies, samples, and point-of-sale materials to accounts as needed.
Lead the execution of promotional events from start to finish, ensuring brand representation and consumer engagement.
Collaborate closely with area sales managers, state managers, and distributors to ensure smooth product distribution and support.
Serve as a knowledgeable ambassador for Stateside Brands at all events and activations.
