About The Position

As a Retail Sales Specialist for Hisense products, you’ll engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and budget while providing expert service and recommendations. You’ll maintain knowledge of Hisense products through required trainings, certifications, and self-development. The role focuses on helping customers feel excited, confident, and appreciated by providing relevant and memorable solutions.

You’ll support the customer experience in your department, complete transactions, drive profitable growth, and achieve sales goals. You’ll use training and available tools to provide complete solutions, create positive experiences, and stay current on promotional initiatives. You’ll also identify customers’ current and long-term technology needs, continue developing your skills, and maintain department merchandising and organization.
