About The Position

As a Retail Sales Specialist for Hisense products, you’ll engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and budget, and provide expert service and recommendations. You’ll maintain knowledge of Hisense products through required training, certifications, and self-development. The role focuses on making customers feel excited, confident, and appreciated by offering relevant, memorable solutions. You’ll help customers in your department, support their experience, complete transactions, and contribute to sales goals and profitable growth. You’ll also keep current with promotional initiatives, identify customers’ current and long-term technology needs, continue developing your skills, and maintain department merchandising and organization.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to work successfully as part of a team.

One year of experience working with consumer electronics.
