About The Position

As a Retail Sales Specialist representing Verizon at a Best Buy store, you will provide shoppers with personalized mobile solutions, drive sales, and create positive customer experiences. You will use your people skills and interest in technology to present Verizon products and services. Best Buy provides ongoing training and self-guided learning. In addition to hourly base pay, the role offers performance bonuses for qualifying activated devices: up to $30 for new mobile line activations and up to $10 for mobile line upgrades and peripheral devices such as tablets and watches.

The role involves engaging customers, identifying their current and long-term technology needs, supporting profitable growth through promotional initiatives, continually developing skills, and maintaining department merchandising and organization.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team.
