About The Position

As a Retail Sales Specialist representing Verizon at a Best Buy store, you will provide shoppers with personalized solutions for their mobile needs while driving sales and creating positive customer experiences. You will use your people skills and interest in technology to showcase Verizon products and services, supported by ongoing training and self-guided learning.

The role includes hourly base pay and performance bonuses for qualifying activated devices: up to $30 for new mobile line activations and up to $10 for mobile line upgrades and peripheral devices such as tablets and watches. Responsibilities also include using available tools to stay current on promotions, identifying customers’ current and future technology needs, continuing to develop your skills, and maintaining department merchandising and organization.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team.

• Three months of experience working in customer service, sales, or related fields.
